I believe this particular car

SOLD OUT & DISCONTINUED
by Walthers because I could not find it on their website.
Made in China.

ALL factory-installed detail parts are present as car looks like it might have been run for perhaps just a couple minutes!
As you can clearly see, the body is in beautiful/like new shape

As you can see in last 3 photos, all the blackened metal wheels are
extremely
clean and show no more than "a touch" of wear!
This highly detailed car comes with the following installed:

Complete Interior, Blackened Metal Wheelsets, Metal Grab Irons and Metal Knuckle Couplers
.  The couplers look like Kadees to me (see last photo).  The box is only lightly shelf-worn, and still in excellent/solid condition with window intact.  The original paperwork (exploded diagram, parts list, lubrication & decal placement instructions) minus the warranty card is included and dated
